The PEI Human Rights Commission administers and enforces the PEI Human Rights Act by dealing with complaints of discrimination. 

Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission

The Commission hears appeals for issues related to provincial planning, tax, and residential rental property legislation.  

Labour Relations Board

The Labour Relations Board works to resolve employment or labour related issues. 

Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal

The Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal is an administrative tribunal established under the Worker's Compensation Act as a final level of appeal for workers' compensation matters in Prince Edward Island.
